What Operator Leverage collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Operator Leverage is operated by Digital Resources LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit https://operatorleverage.com, create an account, or subscribe — and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what running the service requires:
- Your email address. It is the single key to your account — signing in with Google and signing in with a magic link resolve to the same account.
- Your name and profile picture, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- A session identifier stored in a cookie. It is an opaque random value, not a token containing your details, and it can be revoked at any time. Magic-link sign-in codes are single-use and expire in 15 minutes.
- Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription ids) and the billing events Stripe sends us. We never receive or store your card number.
- Usage records needed to operate and measure the service: pages viewed, opt-ins submitted, downloads taken, checkouts started, and referral link clicks.
- If you submit a form, the details you enter and the source that referred you.
- Email delivery records, including whether a message was delivered, opened or clicked.
How we use it
- To give you access to what you signed up for, and to deliver the files you download.
- To take payment, manage your subscription, and answer billing questions.
- To send you the emails your account requires, plus product announcements you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To understand which pages and products are useful, so we build more of what works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who processes it with us
We use a small number of service providers, each handling only what their job needs:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and delivery of this site and your downloads.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Resend — transactional and announcement email delivery.
- Google — optional sign-in, and search/analytics reporting where we have connected it.
- Where we are running advertising, advertising and measurement pixels (for example Meta or Google) may be present on public pages.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in; without it the site cannot tell one visit from another. Analytics and advertising cookies, where present, come from the providers named above and can be controlled through your browser or their own opt-out tools.
How long we keep it
Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we are required to keep financial records afterwards. Billing events received from Stripe are retained for 400 days so we can answer questions about past charges. Sessions expire on their own and are deleted when you sign out.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account data — email us and we will action it.
- Unsubscribe from announcement email using the link in any such message; you will still receive messages needed to operate your account.
- Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside your account.
- Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and US states with privacy statutes such as California), you may have additional rights over your data, including the right to object or to lodge a complaint with your regulator. We honour these requests regardless of where you live.

Children
This service is for business use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We update this policy when what we do changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced by email to active members.
