The terms of membership: what you may do with the materials, how billing works, and how to cancel.

Agreement

These terms are between you and Digital Resources LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Operator Leverage. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to it can access your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.

Subscription, billing and renewal

• Membership is $27 per month, charged in advance and renewing automatically each period until you cancel.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. The price, currency and billing period shown at checkout are the terms of the charge.
• We will tell you before any price change affects your renewals.

Cancelling is as easy as signing up

Cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account — no email, no phone call, no retention gauntlet. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also pause billing instead of cancelling and keep your access while payments stop.

Refunds

Because access to every file is granted immediately, payments are generally not refundable. If something is wrong — a file that does not work, a charge you did not expect, a product that is not what the page said it was — email us and we will put it right.

What you may do with the materials

While your membership is active, and for anything you bought outright, you may:

• Use the templates, SOPs and systems inside your own business, and inside businesses you run or are employed by.
• Adapt and edit them freely for that use.
• Use them in client work you deliver, as the working materials behind that work.

You may not:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in substantial part, whether free or paid.
• Share your account, or make the files available to people who have not paid for access.
• Present the materials as your own product for sale, or use them to build a competing library.

Anything you bought outright stays yours to use under these terms even if your subscription ends. Everything else is licensed for as long as your membership is active.

What we provide, and what we don't promise

We add new systems over time and may change, replace, or retire individual items as they go out of date — the membership is access to the library as it stands, not a guarantee that any particular item remains in it.

The materials are business tools, not advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and we make no promise about revenue, savings, rankings, or any other result. What you get out of a system depends on your business, your market, and your execution.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Liability

The service and materials are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Digital Resources LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
